Time Clocks & Photocells

A SPST rated time clock stands for single throw, single throw and is for single 120 volt 40 amp circuits. plug itIt is interesting to see how every generation has it's own special toys that can define it. My brother had two obsessions when he was a boy. He loved his Transformers toys and he loved the He-Man series. He had both of them in many versions, and he played with them all the time. It was hard for him to play by himself though, so I tried to play with him. I suspect that he didn't have much fun with me because I wasn't a huge fan of either one. I didn't know a lot about the toys so I really didn't know what I was doing. But my brother really loved them and on a rainy day, he could easily spend hours playing with his toys by himself.
It was a lot of fun for me to play with his Transformer Toys though. It was fun to watch how they work as they change from one thing to the other. They were quite intriguing. These Transformers toys that he had were the ones that he saw on the weekly cartoon. They were for the most part cars and trucks that turned into other things, but there were all kinds of transformers you could buy. Some of those transformers toys were expensive, and he knew he couldn't have every single one of them that he wanted.
I have seen lately that Transformers toys are returning on the market, but not at the level they were when my brother was crazy about them. I don't know if they have a new cartoon or not, but there must be some way that children are getting interested if the Transformers toys are making a comeback. Once a cartoon is successful, the toys will soon follow. Though I didn't realize it when I was a kid, it seems that if you can get a cartoon made that kids will love you are almost guaranteed success in merchandise.
If you look in your attic and find some of the older Transformers toys, you may want to get them out to give to your kids. They will love the older ones, but you will probably have to offer them the newer ones that you can find on the market if that is something they are into. You could also sell the old Transformers toys, if you don't have children, to those who are now collecting them because they loved them as a child. Some people strongly remember the toys they had when they were young, and they are looking to buy them somewhere and bring them back home for them of for their kids.

These have to be proportional to each other since multiplied together, you can find the power flowing through. Transformers do not create power, though, and they must conserve whatever is flowing through them to be efficient. This is why there is the inverse relation between the current and voltage of the input and output of the transformer.
One of the common uses of step up transformers is their use by travelers to the United States from Asian or Europe where the electrical outlets have an output of 220V. In America the typical outlet has a voltage of 120V. This means that these wayfayers will have to use a transformer to convert the amount of voltage from the 120V outlet to power their electrical devices which require 220V. If you are an American traveler going abroad, you will need a step down transformer if you want to operate American appliances.
Step up transformers are also used in applications where the device connected requires more than the typical 120V outlet. This could be anything such as outdoor lighting. In order to decide which transformer is best for your project, keep in mind that step up transformer cannot create more power. This means that you should add up the power - measured either in volt-amperes (VA) or Watts - of all the devices you intend to connect. You should also plan for some extra space in their to accommodate future project additions. You do not want to encounter a blown transformer in the future because you add a light or two. Keep in mind that over long distances, the voltage of each successive device will be lower, and you could easily encounter problems by overloading the transformer. When you are wiring your step up transformer the high voltage outgoing wires will connect to the the H1 and H2 wires of the transformer. The low voltage incoming will be tied to the X1 and X2 wires. It will be simple if you just remember that the high voltage starts with an H and it will connect to the H wires in the transformer. The Xs are for the low voltage input.
